To rate Ms Gail A. Spence with 5 stars is truly underestimating her and her staff. Due to my disabilities I was at a loss in what to do in regards to my Social Security Disability and the complicated process. With all the physical and mental pain I endure each and everyday I neither had the experien...ce or the mind set to deal with all that was being thrown my way. The law office of Ms Gail A. Spence and her office staff including Mr. Kalfani made my experience as easy and stress free as it could ever be. (I just could not deal with anymore stress, I was completely overwhelmed) Ms. Spence and her staff’s experience, knowledge, professionalism and compassion for me every step of the way made this whole complicated process as easy as it could be. She is very informative and always communicated letting me know how things were going with my case. She always took her time explaining things and made sure that I would understand her due to my disability. I couldn’t of done it without her, or ask for more. am incredibly grateful to have had Ms. Spence work on my brother's SSD case. I am also an attorney and can recognize excellence when I see it. I saw it with her. I initially went to the SS website to get other benefits for my brother and sought Ms. Spence out for the SSD benefits. Through some s...ignificant error on my part, I put in an application for SSD which compromised my brother's application. He was denied. I was crestfallen. Ms. Spence continued to represent my brother and somehow repaired the damage I did. She turned the entire situation around. My brother won the case and received his benefits in a matter of months. She's incredible. Ms. Spence is professional, compassionate, smart, and thorough. She explains what's going on without being condescending. She has the patience of Job and it was often demonstrated in her interactions with me as she represented my brother.
