My son suffered a brain injury on April of 2024. His condition unfortunately renders him to not be able to work. We applied for SSD/SSI benefits on August of 2024 and he was denied in February of 2025 because they deemed him to be able to work and that was not the case. Shortly after he consulted Ms.... Spence.
