I hired Ms. Spence on August 2025 after being denied twice and having trouble securing the right attorney. Ms. Spence went out of her way to make sure we had all the right details and documentation. She was very understanding of my situation and talked me through every step with incredible detail. I ...had my hearing in February 2026 and 3 days later I was approved. Ms. Spence literally changed the trajectory of my life for the better but I didn’t know what’d I do next. Now I do thanks to Ms. Spence. I was injured seriously at work in September 2024. Just know behind the scenes she is handling everything, She is concise in her questions and knows how to present your medical condition. She and her paralegal staff (Mr. Calfani) were always very quick to return calls and to provide updates when necessary. This put me at ease knowing my case was getting the attention it needed. Stupidly I applied for disability without an attorney and got rejected. After reading about how difficult it would be I was going to give up without appealing. I ended up searching for lawyers in the area and picked out two which had the best reviews. The first one I called took my name and said some...one would call back. I then called Ms. Spence's office and they heard my predicament and then said that Ms. Spence would be in touch. She called soon after and walked me through the whole process to get an appeal in. I can't say enough about Ms. Spence. She is a veteran of the system and no nonsense when it comes to getting things done. To make a long story short it took a few months but we ended up winning the appeal and in addition received funds for my minor child. From what I understand this could have taken another year but Ms. Spence's persistence was incredible and ultimately I started receiving my payments. I couldn't be more grateful to and recommend somebody to represent me more then Ms. Spence. Oh by the way, the first attorney I called, called me back 5 days later.
