I am writing this review because the Office of Gail A. Spence in my experience is second to none in the field of Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) practice. The staff and Ms. Spence are very professional and thorough with their advice and guidelines when it comes SSDI. This office knows w...hat they are doing. In early 2022, I filed for Social Security Disability Insurance and was denied. I felt defeated and discouraged. I thought I filed correctly but obviously I did not. I had no idea what I was doing. I knew I could not file again on my own. I needed professional assistance. I contacted several lawyers, even one that advertised on cable TV, and none of them gave me the confidence that I was going to win my case. When I contacted the Office of Gail A. Spence, they were different in their approach to me. I knew from my initial interview I had a fighting chance to win. Ms. Spence was very upfront about my chances of winning but also displayed a caring attitude and said she would fight for me. Due to my illness, I was not often on top things, such as appointments, etc., but her office worked with me to keep me on track. In the end, I was recently approved for my SSDI. To rate Ms Gail A. Spence with 5 stars is truly underestimating her and her staff. Due to my disabilities I was at a loss in what to do in regards to my Social Security Disability and the complicated process.
