I liked everything about the service from the first call to getting the ball rolling. I had a few friends who filed for disability and they did not have anything good to say about their lawyers but this experience was really good. Ms. Spence and her staff were always polite. She was always ready to a...nswer questions. I was very nervous in the beginning but Ms. Spence put me at ease. They did all the paperwork. They called me with updates. The office was so helpful. I would like to thank them for helping me out of a really difficult situation.

Gail Spence helped my mother so much with her social security case. She was patient, explained everything to me and my mother, and made sure to answer all questions we had no matter how big or small. It was a tedious process but Gail Spence was able to make our process bearable. If I could give her 1...0 stars I would. This woman deserves the world for how much her and her team has helped us.
