Fernando J Jimenez

I had a low life lawyer that lost all my bank statements and cost me and my family a lot of sorrow and money. The attorney was piece of garbage that stole thousands of dollars from me and my family. I then hired a new attorney Fernando J Jimenez. He had charged me an affordable rate and worked a paym...ent plan out for me. Not once did he bother me for money. The most inportant charactistic trait that Mr. Jimenez had is his passion, he fought tooth and hand against the prosicuter ad treated the case as if i was his son. I barley ever read or write on blogs but it makes me sick to see a person that gets bad mouthed because they didn't hold up to their part of the bargin. i can assure you that is the case from the other reviews. I would recommed Mr. Jimenez to anyone and everyone who wants an attorney to fight for them and do the best they can for their client and not worry about their amount of money they have. I have recommened over a dozen clients to this laywer. All types of cases immigration, criminal and traffic not one person that i recommened said a thing negative about this attorney.

Fernando Jimenez is the worst lawyer that I've met. I don't recommend him to anyone as a lawyer he does not know how to treat people. In my case, he didn't guide or helped me at all. In fact he was in favor of the other person instead of me (his client) when we were in court. I had to go to his offi...ce and claim child support, and he would kick me out from his office. He is not a good lawyer at all!!

Please Read all the comments and take them to heart, I wish I would have done my research :(. STAY AWAY! Fernando Jimenez as well as his staff is completely unprofessional, RUDE, and incompotent. They dont communicate, they dont explain, and they dont have patience. We hired him for a traffic violati...on which to us was major bc we did not know what the diff was, yet to them we were just a little fish they could get money from. They refused to inform me about the sit, and when I would ask for an explanation they would answer "it was just a simple matter, and only a first appearance" They never called me and I would have to call the court myself to ck if they infact did send the letter of rep and change the court date. Finally the day of court he was late (so unprofessional) and we had a miscommunication and misunderstanding w the payments which led him to harrassing me over the phone (then he knew my # and called me numerous times) SCREAMING AND CUSSING AT ME AND THREATNING ME. HE DEF HAS ANGER ISSUES!! NOT in a proff manner!! please take this advise and look for other rep.

I am kicking myself for not researching this attorney prior to giving him money. A family friend introduced our family to attorney Fernando J. Jimenez and I completely agree with the previous commenter. Attorney Fernando J. Jimenez is completely incompetent and he has been reprimanded in the past. ... I'm sorry, but the only accurate description that comes to mind is that attorney Fernando J. Jimenez is a complete and utter ass clown. This is one of the worst attorneys I have ever dealt with. I would like to get in contact with the previous poster if possible to collaborate on a joint malpractice complaint against attorney Fernando J. Jimenez.
