We hired Eugene for our home closing. He never returns calls not. He leaves everything for that last minute. He is very unreachable. When you talk to him, he doesn't give you his full attention. He's always in a hurry to git off the phone. It was a horrible experience dealing with with his firm.... I won't recommend him.

Mr. Perrotta and his staff were extremely professional and wonderful in handling my closing last week. Actually this was the third closing he handled for me over the years, he is very knowledgeable and well organized. He always returned my phone calls promptly and was easy to work with. My husba...nd and I recommend him to all our friends that are buying houses and they too feel the same way and also recommend him!
