Colleen represented me when we sold our house and she was wonderful! She really went above and beyond and continued to help us past several obstacles that came up along the way. She was always professional, knowledgeable and kind. She was always well prepared and got us to closing on time, in spit...e of several curveballs along the way. I would recommend her to anyone!

**Worst RE attorney I’ve ever done business, a complete failure to perform even simple tasks required to close a sale. This woman failed to provide deliverables during and after closing and is completely inept at her job. If you doubt this review then take a look at her office (which is her residence...) BEFORE you consider hiring her.

Colleen is extremely professional and after working together on millions of dollars in transactions, she has become a trusted friend who always knows how to get something done AND she doesn't ch...arge the ridiculous prices most attorneys charge. She is truly a 'diamond in the rough' while the others are stuck in the sandtrap. She is a sole practioner so you always get answers, not BS.
