Nicole started out with high energy and swift action, then resigned 90-minutes before the deadline she stated in her demand letter. She told me it was not about the merit of my case (which is a simple contract dispute) but rather that her mentor advised she gets too emotionally involved in animal law... cases- her stated specialty. After some digging I discovered the rescue group named in my dispute called the Bar to tell them she runs a good rescue operation; did this scare her off or was it the 2019 disciplinary action and subsequent probation?
