I hired them as a result of a False PFA that was filed against me. The firm fired the attorney that was working on my case. They sent another unprepared attorney and took my money. I made them aware that I was not satisfied and wanted to appeal. They ignored my requests repeatedly. Furthermore, ...they don't return phone calls. If you don't trust your attorney, you have no choice other than to let them go. Also, they billed for items they did not do. Unacceptable.

Nichole is a true professional who guided me through a very tough time of my life. She ensured that I was treated with dignity and respect throughout the entire proceeding. She was upfront about everything, never sugar coated and most importantly never mislead me. Her no nonsense attitude, attent...ion to detail and professionalism really streamlined the process but always had time to answer my questions. attorney collins did not communicate back to me with questions i had called her office about related to my case. she did not keep her word on things she said she was gonna pursue. bottom line she put me on the back burner and was more concerned with charging me with money and not my case. I would not... refer her to anybody she is to inexperienced with the laws and does not keep har word

From the first day Ms. Collins took our case, she made us feel like we were her only client. She keeps us in the loop at all times, has put such heart and dedication into the case, and really wants the best outcome. She is positive and makes an effort to keep our spirits up with humor and a differe...nt perspective. I know for a fact she puts a lot of her personal time into her work because she wants to do the best job possible, including weekends and holidays.
