Divorse case

I truly think that Attorney Hamms did a fantastic job preparing and presenting my case in the court. I would gladly recommend his services to anybody in the same situation, and I will never hesitate to call on him again should I be in a family Law-related problem.

Understanding Estate Planning When Caring for Elderly Parent

Like many people my age I am now a care giver for my elderly father. There are so many things to consider when caring for an elderly parent; doctors, safety, nutrition, medications and hygiene. But being prepared to support your parent during more difficult times you need to consider who and how d...ecisions will be made on behalf of your loved one when he can’t make those decisions. Thankfully, I got good counselling from Nick Hamm. He walked me through what I needed in order to ensure that if and when the time came I’d have the proper legal documents in order to support my father. His thoughtful and thorough sharing of information in walking me through the aspects of estate planning and specifically creating a power of attorney for me means that my father had the opportunity to ask questions and be assured that his wishes would be honored. Nick Hamm’s approach with my eighty-eight year old father was just what we needed. We will continue to reach out to Nick when we have other needs because he was thorough and we trust him.

Very professional and thorough.

Nick represented us in a child custody case. He listened to our concerns, gave us advice every step of the way, and was very knowledgeable about family law. The outcome of our case was great, and we plan to go back to Nick for any further legal issues we have. Highly recommend him!

A great attorney.

The best decision I made was to hire him. Nick stayed in contact with me and keep me updated on everything. My case is taking care of timely manner. He was also able to get me everything I asked for. He is worth his price. If I ever had any other problems, I would return to him. He keeps everythi...ng straight and upfront so your making choices with your head and not your emotions.
