Estate Plannint

Mr. Hamm was extremely helpful with an estate planning matter. I was on a tight budget and was lacking a lot the legal information needed. Mr. Hamm was very patient and knowledgeable in explaining what documents were needed and why. I will be using him again for any future legal needs.

Divorce attorney

My divorce started in Gainesville but I had to move 6 hours away and used Nick Hamm. He is amazing!!!! Worth every penny. He handled my divorce very fast, which was important to me, but made sure I received everything I wanted. I would highly recommend him and use him again.

Compassionate, confident, excellent advocate,

Great Experience

Mr. Hamm was wonderful. From our first meeting, I felt as though he really listened and gave me helpful advice on how to proceed. He offered a realistic idea of what I could expect from my case. I felt enabled to make an informed decision after our consultation. Throughout the process, Mr. Hamm check...ed in with me to update and ask me how I wanted to approach next steps. I really appreciated his kind attitude and openness about how he was working on my case. I felt his billing practices were very fair.

Mr.Hamm did everything to his knowledge to help me

Nicholas is an amazing lawyer and was always there to inform me and kept me updated everything. Even though I was in NC cause of military reasons he always email me and answered my calls when ever I had questions.
