Cameron Chase Bauer

I am an Associate Attorney at Charlotte NC Car Accident Lawyers Group and also practice with Fink & Hayes Law, where I focus on representing clients who have been injured in car accidents, motorcycle collisions, truck crashes, and workplace incidents. My goal is to guide clients through the legal process with compassion and clarity, helping them obtain the compensation they need to recover and move forward.

I earned my Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law in 2024 and a B.A. in Global Studies with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina in 2021. During law school, I served as an Academic Fellow, mentoring first-year students and honing my skills in legal research and writing. I am licensed to practice law in North Carolina.

Before joining these firms, I gained experience in personal injury and workers’ compensation law at several firms, including Montgomery Willard, LLC and Deuterman Law Group. I also participated in community-focused programs such as the Street Law Program in Greensboro, where I helped educate high school students about constitutional rights and civil law.

I was inspired to pursue personal injury and workers’ compensation law after seeing firsthand the challenges that serious injuries can bring to everyday people through my father’s chiropractic practice. I am committed to being a steady presence for my clients, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their recovery journey.

Outside of work, I enjoy football, golf, walking my dog, and spending time at the Carolina coast.
