Natalya filled in on a major contractor dispute when my previous attorney had to drop my case. Her ability to grasp the key elements of the case and to become quickly effective in dealing with the opposing attorney was incredible. We had a financial dispute with a GC where we had been in negotiations and then the GC had said they "withdrew all offers" and were filing for arbitration. To us it seemed like communications had broken down and we would have ended up in arbitration if we'd been on our own, but when we hired Natalya ...she suspected that the GC was posturing and still open to a settlement. She has excellent negotiating tactics and we ended up settling for an agreeable amount prior to arbitration.

I had a problem with a contractor that damaged my property and refused to take accountability for the damage, and although it was for a small amount of money Natalya took the case. Not only she made me feel that I mattered, but answered my emails promptly and drove the case to a successful resolution.... Great negotiation skills and very efficient. I will come back to her next time I need advice or someone on my side.
