We originally contacted Natalya through our ARAG legal service when we had issues that arose with the builder of our new home and the contractor they had hired to repair a damaged sewer line under our home. Long story short, while they eventually managed to actually fix the damaged sewer line, they l...eft other problems when they improperly backfilled the tunnel they had dug under our house and left our back patio a complete mess--even literally abandoning all their gear in our back patio--a ladder, several shovels, gloves, trash, etc. Both parties at that point were completely ignoring any contact when we reached out many, many times.
