Natalya Petrivna Maze

Natalya is simply the best at what she does, a true talent at dispute, contract law, and solving complex problems with concrete actionable steps. I'm amazed at how she can keep step with many varied demands in a timely and orderly fashion. She's worked on a number of projects for me and is able to ...handle many facets of the law which I have limited knowledge. And, if she needs to refer out to certain resources outside of her expertise, this process is done seamlessly so that clients can achieve outcomes without losing time. Additionally, she is a complete joy to work with. She does a great job of managing expectations. Having worked with a number of lawyers on many finance projects (I'm an investor), this is a rare quality in a world of billable hours. Natalya will make sure you are getting what you need in a way that is cost effective with a high likelihood of success. For the work that I do, this is critically important, as one can waste time and resources going down paths that lead to nowhere. Overall, I can't say enough good things about Natalya. You would be crazy not to hire or refer to her, as her skills encompass both the hard technical legal skills and the soft skills of effective human relations. Five plus stars!

Keep in mind that this is one of my first dances in the legal environment. Natalya knew what to do and was able to predict the other side of the case very well. There were times when I questioned her choices within the legal spectrum due to my lack of knowledge. But in the end she was right in her ap...proach from the business and logistics mindset. I would have appreciated more time spent communicating with me as well as more attention to my concerns, as I felt at times that my feelings and intentions took a backseat to the economical efficiencies.
