I graduated magna cum laude from New York University School of Law in 1999 and am licensed to practice law in Oregon, Pennsylvania (inactive), California, and New York. Before opening my own practice in Oregon City, I spent eight years as a staff attorney at a non-profit law firm in Philadelphia which provided free legal assistance to low-income clients.
I enjoy developing a relationship with each client. This means that I handle all my cases personally. My clients talk to me, not a paralegal or assistant. It is also very important to me that my clients understand their case and the legal processes involved. From our first meeting, I encourage my clients to ask me questions.
I understand that my clients may feel stressed, and I strive to address their concerns in a prompt and respectful manner. My goal is to keep my clients up-to-date about their case and to return all calls or emails within one business day.
