Professional, Smart and Accessible.

Needed a lawyer that is competent and does not have a fee structure that drains my new business. Nadia Davari has been that, as well as a trusted business advisor over the last few years. Highly recommend her.

Highly reliable, knowledgable and fair - Best of the bunch!

Prompt, reliable, fair and reasonable, Nadia has been a life saver on more than one occasion. I first contacted her last minute, right in the middle of a busy time for her. She referred me to a few colleagues of her's but no one seemed able to help. She called me up less than one week later to make s...ure I had found an attorney and, when I said my searches were futile and I was getting a little desperate, she took on my assignment. And with no extra charge! Compassion and honesty - rare qualities in a lawyer, but Nadia possesses them. Since then I've hired her 2 more times and recommended her to several business partners of mine. They're all singing her her praises now. Highly recommended!

An outstanding professional - as our corporate counsel, Nadia provides us with the legal foundation we need.

Nadia serves as our company''s corporate counsel and has always had the strength and integrity to provide us with her analysis and recommendations, regardless of whether or not there may have been different approaches and views expressed within the management group. Great attorney for digital and entertainment startups

Mr. Davari helped me with part of a service agreement I use for my freelance work. Her assistance saved me quite a bit of time and money in negotiations with my client. I'd wholeheartedly recommend her as a smart, competent and caring attorney.

Excellent attorney.

Nadia is an excellent attorney who is not only skilled at what she does, but keeps her client's best interests as her first priority. She is creative at problem solving and does not shy away from large or difficult tasks. I highly recommend her.
