Mark Hollister Frisbie

Mark Frisbee seems as though he suffers from dementia. After I argued my own bond terms with the judge and we were through with the court proceeding, Mr. Frisbee, jumped up and pounded his fist in the table and stated, "Your honor I object!!" The judge asked why, since I had successfully argued my o...wn bond terms, and Frisbie went off in a nonsensical babble about no particular legal point or my case. Everyone in the court room was befuddled and several were amused. The judge said, " Thank you, Mr . Frisbee," which was bizarre. He is either incapable of putting on a defense or completely indifferent to his clients being violated of Constitutional rights by prosecutors, who do not lose to him or even get cross examination or direct for that matter. The state needed to remove him years ago, now there needs a lawsuit.

My paperwork stated assistant public defender..Mark was horrible . He just kept dragging my case out for a year telling me I would get a deferred sentence and here I am 8 years later getting out of prison..my 5th trip to the court room he didn't have my file and had no idea what my charges where.......I tried to fire him but was denied by the judge..I also believe that is against my rights? There is no wY he is a criminal attorney and I honestly believe his license should be taken.how can the state appoint such a bum with no credentials..hows that fair trial? He even told me it would cost to much for the state to test evidece to prove my innocence. My life has been taken from me ...and I'm still being punished everyday for a crime I did not commit
