Mark Hollister Frisbie

My paperwork stated assistant public defender..Mark was horrible . He just kept dragging my case out for a year telling me I would get a deferred sentence and here I am 8 years later getting out of prison..my 5th trip to the court room he didn't have my file and had no idea what my charges where.......I tried to fire him but was denied by the judge..I also believe that is against my rights? There is no wY he is a criminal attorney and I honestly believe his license should be taken.how can the state appoint such a bum with no credentials..hows that fair trial? He even told me it would cost to much for the state to test evidece to prove my innocence. My life has been taken from me ...and I'm still being punished everyday for a crime I did not commit
