I hired Morris P. Fair to defend my son in a murder case, Morris is very unprofessional he took our money (Thousands) and did nothing for the case. His constant lack of communication, only to hear of his personal issues...etc. Morris P. Fair should never be allow to practice Law again ever, anywh...ere. Absolutely do NOT hire Morris P Fair as your Lawyer. An incompetent low life. You have been warned.

This attorney is very unprofessional and is not an advocate for his clients. He is money hungry and will sell you a dream. We hired him to represent a family member and he did not meet our expectations in any way. He guaranteed us that our family members case would be a walk in the park and it was no...t it turned into a total nightmare. Mr Fair did not thoroughly review all the evidence in the case and charges his client was facing, He failed to provide strong argument on behalf of his client and was too concerned with retainer fees rather than his client's innocence. Mr. Fair was also rude to the family members and showed no compassion. The client is now sentenced to several years in prison because of his failed misrepresentation. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone he is truly a fraud. Please be cautious. I am not surprised that he has been disbarred for a second time. His disbarment should be permanent. In the event his license is reinstated please avoid his services in the future he will not deliver on his promises.

He took thousands from my family never did anything to help him he been in jail for 1year and 6 months this man has no heart. He will not even return calls would not return my son packet until he got disbanded been asking him for it since april 2016 i finally found a lawyer to take my son case.
