This attorney is very unprofessional and is not an advocate for his clients. He is money hungry and will sell you a dream. We hired him to represent a family member and he did not meet our expectations in any way. He guaranteed us that our family members case would be a walk in the park and it was no...t it turned into a total nightmare. Mr Fair did not thoroughly review all the evidence in the case and charges his client was facing, He failed to provide strong argument on behalf of his client and was too concerned with retainer fees rather than his client's innocence. Mr. Fair was also rude to the family members and showed no compassion. The client is now sentenced to several years in prison because of his failed misrepresentation. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone he is truly a fraud. Please be cautious. I am not surprised that he has been disbarred for a second time. His disbarment should be permanent. In the event his license is reinstated please avoid his services in the future he will not deliver on his promises.

He is hard to get in touch with, he didn't even know the plantiff in our case had accepted a plea so at court he was all surprised looking all around cluesless. He is unprofessional he discussed our case with a sheriffs deputy in court. He is a waste of money if you are thinking about hiring him.......DONT!
