Biography
Since 2006, I have dedicated my law practice to representing persons injured by the negligence of others. In that time, I have tried cases to jury trials in several venues across the Commonwealth, representing injured persons in many types of claims, from motor vehicle collisions to premises liability claims. I continue to devote my entire practice to representing persons injured by medical negligence, dangerous products, negligent drivers, and negligent property owners, utilizing the right to trial by jury guaranteed by the Seventh Amendment to the U.S. Constitution to seek redress for the harms and losses suffered by my clients.
