The worst lawyer I have ever talked to in my life. I should have checked Mitch's yelp reviews beforehand because the poor reviews all mirror my own horrific, almost traumatic, experience with him. I tried so hard to be patient and kind and salvage the call, especially since there was a slight delay w...ith the phone connection that caused us to speak over each other. But Mitch talked down to me in such a shockingly rude and condescending manner, he LITERALLY said to me, "The only reason I'm even wasting my time talking to you is because you were referred through the Bar association." He actually interrupted me mid-sentence by muttering loudly, "Oh my God," because he was clearly so disgusted with me. That's when I lost it and told him practically in tears that he was the rudest lawyer I had ever consulted with. This experience was so demeaning and such a turn-off that I will never bother with a lawyer again. It just echoed all of my other negative experiences with lawyers in the past and the prejudice that 99% of them are unempathetic jerks who only see people in terms of dollar signs.
