I hired Mr. Diksies to handle two traffic tickets. He promptly replied to my phone calls and e-mails, answered all my questions and helped me navigate the municipal court bureaucracy. The other driver involved in the incident failed to appear on my court date. Mr. Diksies advised me to ask for a ...new court date instead of accepting a plea bargain. If the other party failed to appear again, he said, the judge would probably dismiss the case. My employer sent me on an out-of-state assignment during the rescheduled court date, but Mr. Diksies persuaded the court to allow him to appear on my behalf. As he predicted, the other driver failed to appear again and the case was thrown out. Thanks to Mr. Diksies, I walked away without points on my license or having to pay a hefty fine. We hired Mina as buyers (our) attorney for helping us close our new home. Being 1st time home buyers we had a lot of questions and insecurities about the process. I hired Mina to represent me in court for illegal u-turn in Weehawken, NJ. Hornestly, it's the most rediculious traffic violation that I have ever had or heard. I made a U-turn near Lincoln Turnel during rush hour. The traffic was not moving at all for about 15-20 minutes. I found out on my GPS that ...there was another route to get to my destination, but had to make a U-turn for it. Just as I made the turn, the officer was waiting for me on the other side and stopped me. What bothers me was the fact that he said he didn't give me the ticket for what I did (U turn), but because I disrespected him in front of everyone. PLEASE, WHAT THE F*** is he talking about? No one would have done that knowing that he was there and unless I am out of my mind, that's an outragous thing to say. Anyway, Mina and I discussed my case over the phone. When we went to the court, we made a plead bargin to knock it down from 3 points summon to no points, but a unsafe driving and a $450 dollar fine. The reason I didn't give him a 5 star rating is because I thought I was going to get away with an increase fine and not the unsafe driving. Mina is overall a good lawyer who lays everything out on the table for you, giving you the best professional advise there is to give and you have to make that final decision.
