Mina F Diksies

I hired Mina to represent me in court for illegal u-turn in Weehawken, NJ. Hornestly, it's the most rediculious traffic violation that I have ever had or heard. I made a U-turn near Lincoln Turnel during rush hour. The traffic was not moving at all for about 15-20 minutes. I found out on my GPS that ...there was another route to get to my destination, but had to make a U-turn for it. Just as I made the turn, the officer was waiting for me on the other side and stopped me. What bothers me was the fact that he said he didn't give me the ticket for what I did (U turn), but because I disrespected him in front of everyone. PLEASE, WHAT THE F*** is he talking about? No one would have done that knowing that he was there and unless I am out of my mind, that's an outragous thing to say. Anyway, Mina and I discussed my case over the phone. When we went to the court, we made a plead bargin to knock it down from 3 points summon to no points, but a unsafe driving and a $450 dollar fine. The reason I didn't give him a 5 star rating is because I thought I was going to get away with an increase fine and not the unsafe driving. Mina is overall a good lawyer who lays everything out on the table for you, giving you the best professional advise there is to give and you have to make that final decision. I hired Mina to fight two traffic violations in NJ. Upon hire, he screws up by sending both letters of representation to the same court although the tickets belong to two different courts. He apolgoized and corrected his mistake after a few days of not hearing from him. As if that wasn't bad enough, ...he calls me an hour before court and tells me he is running late. Okay, no big deal. Sat in court and waited over 3 hours then explains he was stuck in another court. So I was in court without my lawyer for the day because he had another court case that was probably more appealing to his intrest. This is not what I paid money for. He is unreliable and, sorry to say, halfed-ass laywer. You should not abandon your paying clients just because your calender is too full. I received a complete refund but that does not make up for the time loss and the BS explaination that is how court systems are. No! I paid my hard earned money for a service and you are suppose to deliever as promised and ontime
