I hired Mr. Diksies to handle two traffic tickets. He promptly replied to my phone calls and e-mails, answered all my questions and helped me navigate the municipal court bureaucracy. The other driver involved in the incident failed to appear on my court date. Mr. Diksies advised me to ask for a ...new court date instead of accepting a plea bargain. If the other party failed to appear again, he said, the judge would probably dismiss the case. My employer sent me on an out-of-state assignment during the rescheduled court date, but Mr. Diksies persuaded the court to allow him to appear on my behalf.
