I was born and raised in Iowa, so I have a bit of predisposition towards the people that reside there! I have always felt that the typical Iowan is honest, hard-working, hnorable, friendly, and not to use a bad pun, [given the agricultural leanings of the state], most people are very down-to-Earth! ...Ms. Triplett [formerly Rasmusson] was my point of contact today for some estate and probate information. The short version of this review is, she completely exemplified the above qualities that I just mentioned as far as people from Iowa. She was very prompt, courteous, professional, and a wealth of information for my financial needs. I believe it is a very relevant point, this was a free consultation, and I am now residing in Washington State. My Testament and Will involved is actually tied to the state of Wisconsin, and the trust find is in Iowa. Ms. Triplett was able to pull all of this information together, and reiterate it to me in a very palatable and understandable fashion. She followed this phone conversation up with a very detailed emai, including references for the state of Wisconsin, and also contact information for her office. I have been trying for many months now to obtain the very information that I was able to discern this morning on the phone with Miss Triplett. I would highly suggest and recommend that anyone else in need of these services, start with Ms. Triplett and save themselves some legwork. One final comment, I am of the school of thought that people typically have the perception that attorneys are overpaid and not necessarily trustworthy. This is unfortunate, and I would like to offer the fact that Ms. Triplett completely dispels this notion. I would recommend her services to anyone in need of Estate or Trust advice &/or planning.
