I was originally told I did not "qualify" for Chap 7 , so he filed Chap 13, during which time I made payments to a trustee. Almost a year later, he informed me that NOW I qualified for Chap 7, even though none of my circumstances had changed. When I asked him about the money I had paid the trustee, h...e said it would come back to him. Oh, well..... A year after my final discharge, I found, after applying for a car loan, that a judgment entered before my discharge had never been removed , or shown as satisfied,in court records. I made an appt with him and when he checked the judgment, he realized he had not followed thru and said he would do so at his own expense. That was almost 4 years ago...I have called since and was told my file was on his desk. It must have been there as something amusing because it still has not been resolved as far as I know. How professional is THAT?

Unfortunately, I got behind on my bills and I had to do what no one wants to do and that is to file bankruptcy. I met with Mr. Bruckman and he filed for me right away, to save my car from getting repoed. He explained everything in detail. Even after the case was done and paid for and I thought he was... not really considered my Lawyer anymore...he continued to helped me with my case and didn't charge any more money (most do). I read the reviews on here and I can't believe they are talking about the same lawyer. Don't always read and assume the worst or the best for that matter. Mr. Bruckman explained bankruptcy to me very helpful on my decision to file...When I initally called office for appt. made me feel comfortable to set up appt.. Went thru all steps with me so helpful...I feel he went up and beyond my expectations!!! Even helped with IRS problem I would definitely rec...ommend Mr. Bruckman.....Very patient at bamkruptcy hearing and had me well prepared!!
