Michael Edward Atwater

Mr. Atwater has been my attorney for a span of 30 years. Michael goes beyond to help in any situation. He actually acts as a family member who truly cares for his clients. Michael is a very knowledgeable attorney in many aspects. His case load is very heavy but seems to manage to return your question...s very quickly. A great man and a wonderful Attorney. A person who will go toe to toe with anyone he is up against. Also a great Godly man.

Mr. Atwater was incredibly helpful and responsive in several instances where I needed his services. He helped me resolve those issues quickly and without my ever having to appear in court myself. He was incredibly generous with his time, which is a trait that I find lacking in most attorneys. I defin...itely respect the time and work of another person, but Mr. Atwater is not the type of lawyer to bill you by the minute or exaggerate the time he had to spend reading an email, or responding to a question I had. I felt that he handled my issues quickly, and with the utmost integrity. I simply would not recommend anyone else.

Michael Atwater came to our aid when we needed him. We were being represented by an attorney who was not fighting for us, who did not seem well equipped to efficiently handle a case in court. Once he meets with you, he is never available afterwards. When you call he's always "busy" with this or that. Sounds like actions of a dodgy friend, except that he's not, he is supposed to be a responsible lawyer. He was hired to do a job then dodged contact with me. It has been 8 months and s...till no word on my case....hello.......
