Erika McNamara

Went to visit Erika at her office for a question on my sisters will that she had prepared. I am a beneficiary in the will and wanted to get a copy. I had called her and left messages several times but no return calls back. When she came out of her office to greet me she immediately told me I was not ...her client and she did not have to answer any questions, return my calls, or provide me a copy of the will. I was so shocked at the unprofessional manner and rudeness!!!!! She even accused me of stealing furniture from my sisters house after her death because she was told this by someone else. When I tried to explain the situation she didn't want to hear it only judged me with the utmost rudeness I have ever seen from a professional!!!

I cannot say enough good about Erika. I really needed an attorney who would be friendly and informative. Erika was extremely knowledgeable and communicated in a way that I could understand. She provided me with a binder of my to do list. Some of the items I could do on my own and other items she ...has been diligent to take care of for me! I have worked with other lawyers who were efficient and did their job, but Erika goes above and beyond. She is quick to respond and offers you options so you feel a part of the process.
