Mckail is phenomenal. I was able to speak with her on several occasions regarding my family matters and my legal issues. First I agree with everything that everybody else wrote about Mckail....She is thoughtful, thorough and extremely informative. What truly amazed me about Mckail is her level of professionalism and connection to humanistic side. Divorce of any kind can be extremely painful and devastating and Mckail... walked me through with reason and rights at my time of complete despair. She informed me of my best case options and what I was entitled to. There were times when I needed her to explain the same issue several times and she never seemed bothered or annoyed. Previous to finding Mckail I used a "so called "prominent attorney at a big firm downtown only to experience lack of response and carelessness. I paid $7500 retainer fee and ended up doing most of the work on my own for a not so useful postnup. I took a huge risk and called Mckail based on her reviews and just as the reviews described she was amazing! Mckail is the first lawyer who I thought deserved more than what she charged. Quality of her work is worth every penny you pay her and so much more! The work that Mckail did for me was superb and I paid probably 1/4 of what I would have paid at big downtown firms.
