Matthew Edward Sossi

I have known Counselor Matt Sossi for approximately 6-7 years, both as a client and as a brother. I have read a few of the negative reviews and I just laugh to myself..... Mr. Sossi is a VERY busy man, and if you maintain a little bit of patience and decency....Perhaps you will be witness to a GREA...T lawyer. Can Matt take a bit of time to connect with you? Sure! Does Matt step up to the plate and 'swing' as needed? You bet he does!!! As a Distinguished Service Medal Army man, I can pick-out and scrap ANY type of BS. Divorce is not easy, but Matt puts a lot of things into perspective. Especially when there are children involved. Can you and your ex speak to one another and co parent? Matt soss called a week ago returning my call to him for representation with a case against my son's father. He was in the perfect price range for me. Met Matt 2 days after our initial phone call and employed him to help assist me with the case. A few days later I received information via email in re...gards to the case which I was very satisfied with. Although this case was a simple one in my opinion I was not confident enough to get across what I needed to say and was sure he would be able to relay what I felt was best for my son, which he did.. he was prompt to the court house and well prepared. I hired Matthew Sossi after he was recommended to me by a work associate who is a father like me, and who had a fair and successful resolution to his divorce. I wanted a modification to my divorce orders so I can guarantee that I can continue to have my kids in Catholic school and to lower my chil...d support payments. I like how Matthew Sossi tells you how much a phase of the legal battle will cost, charge you for it, and will not ask for more money until that phase is completed. He does not nickle and dime you. Matthew is also honest with you in regards to estimating whether or not you can win a particular argument. I think he leans toward caution on whether or not you can win a judgement. He wants you to know that there is a factor of the unknown regarding what the various judges will decide. Regarding my own court battle, I can say that when faced with a judge against my former spouse and her attorney, Matthew Sossi won 3 of the 4 decisions up for deliberation. The other attorney spoke more, but Matthew stuck to the important points that were a factor in the debate, and resulted in decisions in my favor. As a result of the negotiations and court visits, I have been guaranteed that my children will complete Catholic school, in addition to lower my child support.
