I have argued crimnal and civil cases before the Connecticut Appellate Court and have argued before the Connecticut Supreme Court. I don't take on more work than I can handle. When the client calls, I don't need to scan the file to figure out the status of their case. I already know it.
In a previous professional life, I was a sportswriter for many years at the Hartford Courant, where I covered the men's and women's basketball teams at the University of Connecticut. I covered two national championship teams and went to five Final Fours. When the newspaper industry bottomed out, I went to law school.

"I've had the pleasure of working with Matt Eagan on many cases. He has done an excellent job on appeals for our firm and is an advocate for his clients and their causes. Particularly with respect to child abuse cases, Matt brings specialized knowledge and experience that makes him an asset to any client.
