Highly Recommend !!!
I met Martha Albertson in July 2010. I came to see her because I desperately needed help with a criminal conviction. I plead guilty to an offense when I did not have a lawyer. Later I found out that this conviction could harm my chances of staying in the United States even though I have been here ...

Outstanding!
Martha Albertson is a good friend of mine. She also gave me legal advice several years ago when I received a traffic ticket. Martha had been a prosecutor and she advised me on what I should ask for from the traffic court referee. She gave me sound advice and she spent sufficient time with me...

Outstanding attorney
I met Martha Albertson in July 2010, shortly after she left government work. Martha represented me on a criminal charge. She was an excellent attorney. She negotiated a very favorable plea bargain which kept me from having a criminal record. She was conscientious and kept me informed throughout th...

I would recommend Ms. Albertson to my friends and family
A criminal charge is very serious. I have been represented by Martha Albertson and have been very impressed with her professionalism. I felt she was very thorough while making sure I knew my legal rights and options. She worked hard on my case and was able to work out a settlement that will keep m...

Martha to the rescue
Martha was taking a hiatus when I approached her with a very dire situation. I was in danger of getting my license suspended as a result of too mny speeding tickets. On my own, I would been screwed. Martha jumped right in, even though she well overqualified for traffic court. She got the violation re...
"I highly recommend and endorse Martha. She worked for year as a prosecutor. We had many cases together over the years and she was always fair. Now working as a defense attorney, I've seen first hand the care and dedication she provides to her clients. You can't go wrong with Martha."
"Martha and I had an Order For Protection case against each other where my client was also charged with Kidnapping. Martha provided excellent trial counsel for a difficult teenage client. Our trial was very hard fought, but the submission of exhibits and objections pursuant to the Rules of Evidence of evidence were very precise and crisp with Martha. As hard as we fought for our respective clients, and for as much was at stake, we were still able to be very collegial. To me, this is the mark of an excellent trial attorney."
"I endorse this lawyer's work. Martha is thorough, intelligent and personable. She is experienced and well respected in the legal community."
"I endorse this lawyer's work. Ms. Albertson and I opposed each other on a contested domestic abuse matter, and Ms. Albertson was knowledgeable, tough, and tenacious. She was reasonable but at the same time a fierce courtroom advocate."
"Martha Albertson is an excellent attorney. I defended several cases she prosecuted as an Assistant Minneapolis City Attorney. She was always highly prepared, extremely professional, and quite reasonable. She is an experienced criminal lawyer, having also worked as an Assistant Hennepin County Attorney and as a public defender."
"Martha is a thorough, tenacious advocate. She comes to completely understand the human drama of her cases: she unearths facts the police missed, talks personally to witnesses (with a proctor), examines the physical evidence, goes to the scene. Somehow, she manages to combine single-mindedness with an extremely warm and engaging personal style. These qualities make her an exceptional negotiator, as well as a skilled trial lawyer. She does the relationships part of our business very well."
