Mark Steven Miller

Mark S. Miller, Esq. began his legal career in private practice in Tennessee where he focused in the areas of real estate, contract, and family law. During this time, Mr. Miller was able to learn the balance of a new community while establishing his new practice. Soon after realizing his calling to serve in his hometown, Mr. Miller returned to Central Florida and began working for the 9th Judicial Circuit’s State Attorney’s Office in Osceola County, Florida. In his role as an Assistant State Attorney, Mr. Miller was able to try over 34 cases along with handling a caseload of over 300 active cases on a daily basis.  Mr. Miller thn continued his career as a trial attorney practicing 100% criminal defense from 2013 to the present.  

Mr. Miller tried numerous criminal trials, as both a prosecutor and defense attorney, during the beginning stations of his legal career. Deciding to further expand his legal foundation, Mr. Miller practiced plaintiff’s civil litigation representing major financial institutions in residential and commercial foreclosure actions. As plaintiff’s counsel, eMr. Miller tried hundreds of foreclosure actions. Mr. Miller utilizes his experience representing banks to vigorously defend his clients when a foreclosure action have been brought against them.  This experience has given Mr. Miller a level of comfort and experience in the courtroom that he brings to his its clients.

Prior to his graduation from Florida A&M University College of Law, Mr. Miller Graduated from the University of Florida with a BA (Cum Laude) in Political Science. Most notably, Mr. Miller served our Country in the United States Army in both a Non-Commissioned and Commissioned Officer’s capacities. Mr. Miller is active in the American Legion, Disabled American Veterans, and the Veterans of Foreign Wars. In addition, Mr. Miller spent 6 years serving the citizens of Central Florida as a public high school teacher, specializing in American Government and Constitutional Law. Mr. Miller’s dedication to fighting for his beliefs extends to his clients.

As a lifelong resident of Central Florida, Mr. Miller has strong ties to the region. These ties, coupled with Mr. Miller’s strong belief in every individual’s inalienable rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness is what drives him to be a vigorous advocate for his clients.
