Wonderful attorney

felony DUI

I was being charged with a felony DUI. I had an attorney, but not a lot of confidence. I started to search for someone that gave me more confidence. Mark came recommended, after our first meet I knew he was the man I needed. He was willing to take the case midstream. He was very helpful in explaining... to me the procedure, our strategy and the consequences that could result. he advised very well, but wanted me to make the final decisions. I was impressed with him through it all, but especially his closing statements. I was found not guilty by the jury, and will forever be thankful for his hard work and efforts.

Amazing

This was a case where I was drawn to Mark because of some prior reviews that I had read. My wife, myself and our son live in New York. We knew no one in Colorado. I found some reviews of him online. They were surely too good to be believed I thought. I called him anyway on a Sunday morning. I e...xplained the specifics of my son's case to him. We did not have much info to share with him as we had recently found out that there was a warrant for his arrest for several felonies in Colorado. I could tell he was eating his breakfast on this Sunday morning. Nevertheless, he must have spent an hour on the phone with me for that initial conversation. I guess he could hear the concern in my later my wife's voice. Our son had recently been discharged from a psychiatric institution and was still under a doctor's care. He never even mentioned money during that entire conversation. He did promise to look further into the matter for us and see if there was more information regarding the case. After a couple of more conversations where money again was never mentioned, he was able to make arrangements for my son to return to Colorado and turn himself in for processing. He was released on bond. He took us through every step and met my wife and son at the courthouse. He explained his fees at that point. We gave him a check for his services. We were able to get a court date. During the interim between then and the new court date, Mark was furiously working behind the scenes. He got my son's charges reduced to a misdemeanor charge even before we returned to Colorado. All of this and my wife and I were expecting to pay whatever additional fees and charges Mark would have for us for his services. We would have gladly paid as he got my son released without any further court intervention. This is where Mark again totally destroyed the crooked lawyer myth. Without any prompting or us asking for a fee schedule or receipt or anything, Mark GAVE US about 25% OF OUR MONEY BACK!!! As far as I'm concerned, he can do no wrong. He is from Long Island and is a Mets fan. He was so professional and personable that this concerned father and die-hard Yankee fan would recommend him to anyone that would needs a lawyer. He made every step of the way seem like a routine day at the beach despite our very real fears.

Excellent Lawyer, and even better human being!

Beyond his obvious expertise as a legal practitioner, Mark is a great person with unwavering integrity. His approach to cases is calculated and methodical, giving the client as much information and clarity as possible. He truly believes in shared decision making, that is, instead of dictating the cou...rse of action, Mark strives to be a true chaperone for his clients. He lays down and counsels on each option, leaving the client with ample information to drive the course of the case. I certainly felt inspired and spoiled to be honest. Throughout the difficult and often nerve-wracking ordeal (especially since I am on visa), Mark was reassuring and aware of the outcome, which ultimately calmed my nerves and cheered me to the end. I high recommend Mark, and I speak highly of his work especially in traffic cases.
