Extremely helpful

If your ever in need of legal council it’s a bad day but what I will say that I learned by my close call is that regardless of all the strain and mental anguish it is priceless to talk with a knowledgeable passionate and genuinely interested professional… Mark really shined during my initial consul...tation and despite not actually needing to hire Mark his consultation took emended weight off my shoulder and left me feeling confident in the situation ahead. If I ever have to TEE-OFF mark is on speed dial !

Defending the Innocent

Mark Blechman, Esq. brought me some semblance of security & piece of mind when I felt my innocence was being illegitimately threatened. I had intimate contact with a friend one evening, only to have that friend sexually assaulted the very next in the next town over. Even though this friend had told t...he authorities of our encounter, & that I was innocent of any foul play, the investigating detective & subsequently the Jefferson County DA still demanded by warrant that I submit a DNA sample to “rule me out”. Rule me out of what?? Regardless of the victim’s attestation of my innocence, the Jefferson County legal system wasn’t as willing to exonerate me quite yet. I retained counsel from Mr. Blechman, & the heat rightfully cooled from my path. Not only did he offer me invaluable guidance free of charge prior to being placed on retainer, he more than fairly gave me very agreeable prices & options to pay. He even returned a portion of the retainer after the fact. I highly endorse Mr. Blechman as a fantastic Attorney at Law. If you’re in need of legal representation, do give him a call! Great!

Unfortunately, I have come across some serious legal problems that have required me to hire an attorney. I turned to the Internet to research attorneys and came across Mark Blechman's name. I called him on the phone and left him a message. He was extremely prompt and returned my phone call quickly. H...e then spent well over an hour on more than one occasions listening to me and giving me advice! This was prior to me even hiring him. He was kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable and understanding regarding my situation. I would highly recommend Mr. Blechman to anyone needing an attorney. Rest assured, you will be in good hands with him.

Mark went over and above at literally the midnight hour

This is my first use of Avvo and I'm impressed. I needed some advice from a lawyer in the middle of the night at 1:30 AM and Avvo connected me with Mark. Avvo promises you 15 minutes of consultation, but Mark stayed on the phone with me 30+ minutes with seasoned legal advice for a traffic violati...on and ways to approach the court. He laid out several possible ways the court might take it and the solutions for each option. Then, he let me call him back the next day while I was in court to get his feedback on what the court actually offered me. Mark took an anxiety filled situation and gave me the tools to approach and handle it, thus minimizing the stress of entering a legal situation I wasn't familiar with. Thank you, Mark and Avvo! Five stars!

Excellent consultation

Have a court date next week, and even though I wasn't a client, Mark took the time out to explain to me my situation and the different steps I can take. I was feeling intimidated to contact the court but Mark told me exactly what to say.
