Mark was very knowledgeable and informative. Not having to engage an attorney in the past, we were very pleased with our first experience. We feel very lucky Mark took our case and would recomend him to family and friends. We are full time RVers, the new motor home we bought in April of 2003 would n...ot run after 2 months. We were stranded in Red Bay, Alabama from July until November 2003. Since the engine was the problem, we went after the chassis manufacturer not the motor home manufacturer. We could not get a response from the manufacturer of our motor home chassis and the owner of the motor home company could not get a response from them either. Mark was able to contact them and finally enable us to purchase another motor home so we could be on our way to Florida. He included the bank who financed the loan on the original motor home in the law suit so we would not have to make payments on two loans. We are retired and have a fixed income. At the very last moment before setting the terms, the representive of the Chassis manufacturer decided they should deduct $3000.00 from the amount we asked for. We only asked for the actual expenses we had to pay, we did not include stress and the extra gasoline the engine burned because it was not running correctly. It used 3/4 quarters of a 75 gallon tank in 35 miles. Mark took the $3000.00 out of his fee so we would not lose any more money. When my husband talked to Mark about this, he said he will have to change all his lawyer jokes.
