Very Helpful
Marcy very kindly answered my question regarding my ESA. I have two small dogs and she explained how to present the need for both if asked by an HOA. I could not even think about parting with one of my dogs. I’m so grateful for her help.

DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY! Y’all know I don’t bash people and that’s not what I’m trying to do. I just want everyone to know how this lady runs her business so you don’t waste your money like I did and then have trouble with her trying to get it back. I’m sure most of you remember when I had the cour...
This gentleman called me on a Friday regarding a dangerous dog hearing the following Tuesday. Based upon what he told me I agreed to take his case. I immediately did a public records request and learned he had either misrepresented or did not understand the overwhelming evidence against him. Furthermore, I only represent dog owners that are responsible and humane, in my humble and constitutionally protected opinion he is neither and I certainly do not want it on conscience when his dogs hurt or kill a child or another animal like the puppy they killed. When I tried to explain that I would not represent him based upon the overwhelming evidence against him he became belligerent and informed me that eye witness testimony was not credible based upon his experience with the criminal justice system. Contrary to his statement his retainer was refunded in full more than a month ago, as evidenced below: Kelly Sistrunk (LawPay) Jun 21, 2:23 PM CDT Thanks for your response, Marcy. No further action is needed at this time.
