Phone Consolation

I was at a loss searching the internet for answers about my divorce from a different state. Mallory gave me SO much information and helped guide me in the right direction. It was nice to have some piece of mind after speaking with her on the phone.

Cares and Delivers

Mallory stepped in to my case while my original lawyer was on maternity leave. She quickly acquainted herself with my case and helped me with a key court proceeding where we did achieve our goal. I have nothing but praise for her professionalism and competence in handling my affairs. I feel is imp...ortant to also highlight her that in the short time I worked with her, it was clear that she cares about her work and the clients with whom she works. Divorce is so hard, it is a huge relief/plus, to have that sense of someone in your corner.

Great with my complicated divorce!

I have a particularly complicated international divorce situation, and contacted Ms. Ellis from my country to consult on and assist with my case. She was enormously helpful, particularly with her excellent knowledge of the divorce and child laws specific to Texas. I was impressed with her willing...ness to accommodate my special needs (for example, due to time zone differences, we had to schedule phone conferences at unusual times). She even offered to get additional certification to enable her to obtain paternity documents for me, which I would have had difficulty obtaining otherwise. Ms. Ellis also kept me updated constantly without my asking, via email. I have worked with other attorneys who were virtually unreachable, but Ms. Ellis was always available for me and took pains to ensure I understood and was aware of any developments in my case. I also received a monthly itemized invoice from her law firm via email, which was very convenient. I found Ms. Ellis to be friendly, warm, and personable. She took time to reassure me about what I could expect from my case and what options I had available to me. During a very stressful time such as a divorce, this meant a lot to me. I trust her opinions and judgement. In issues where she felt she needed additional expertise, she would also consult with her supervising attorney. This demonstrated to me that she was dedicated to providing me with the best service. My case is currently on hold until I can return to the USA, but when I return I will definitely be contacting Ms. Ellis to continue to work on my case. I am quite pleased and impressed with the work she has done for me in this matter so far.
