Response to Demand Letter

Grant prepared a great rebuttal letter to a demand for compensation letter. Hopefully this did the trick and it is finished.

I'm a business owner in the Dallas area. I received a letter from one of my customers making unreasonable and unjustified demand for money from her attorney. Great Attorney

When I was sued I decided I wanted to make sure I had an attorney working for me who would make sure I came out on the winning end and that is exactly what I got from Mr. Thornhill. He took the time and did the research so when we went before the judge it was very clear that my case should be dismiss...ed. The judge agreed and although our opponent had over 20 years experience we prevailed and were able to not only have my case dismissed but also get a judgement to recover all attorney fees from the plaintiff. Mr. Thornhill was thorough yet careful about not running up unnessesary fees . Finally most important he demonstrated a sincere concern for me and desire to help me win my case. I highly recommend Mr. Thornhill and will refer anyone I know needing legal services to him in the future.
