I spoke with Dr. Anthes regarding my landlord who hasn’t fixed a gas leak in my rental for almost two months which left me with no heat, hot water, or stove in the middle of winter and I feel so much better now! He was very thorough in what he told me and the advice he gave. He listened to everything... I had to say and made me realize that what my landlord is doing to me isn’t just wrong, it’s fraud! Dr. Anthes seems to truly care about people and didn’t come across as a money hungry attorney willing to sue right away… he made sure I understood that the first and main concern is me and my living situation and that a lawsuit can come at a later date should I decide to move forward with it. He even pointed out that I had a few minutes left of my consultation and asked if there was anything I didn’t understand or any other concerns. I am very happy I spoke to Dr Anthes and will absolutely hire him in the future if I decide to sue. I’ve even already recommended him to my neighbor who is also experiencing a similar issue with our landlord.
