I was impressed with Loide's handling of my husband and my immigration case from the very beginning. Her organization and communication skills and attention to details made me feel confident we had made the right choice in an attorney. Overall Ms. Jorge was a pertinent point in this case. we hit a few snags at first towards the beginning with miscommunication and getting things together on time/properly which was making the process a bit more arduous for both parties. As the case progressed, it seemed as if all options and avenues... were exhausted and we were really just playing a patient waiting game hoping that things would go in our favor. Ms. Jorge the entire time didn't lay to rest and made sure to stay on top of all situations so that no matter what was to happen, we would always be ready, even for the worst. After many calls, letters, discussions and negotiations, and a few strokes of luck, everything culminated positively, and we were able to move swiftly through the case, as things worked themselves out. A great job, I would absolutely recommend her to others in the same situation.

Prior to our first meeting with Loide Jorge, my husband and I had met with several other attorneys that told us we had no chance in getting a favorable decision for a green card. According to them, our situation was too complicated and the timeline to organize a case was too short. Today as I write this testimony, my husband is making airline reservations to return home after being away for 10 years. Ms. Jorge was contacted about a stroke victim, whose medical care was in jeopardy because he was being denied his Social Security benefits, which included Medicare. The client's Social Security was being denied because of his immigration status. The client had an old residency card that needed to be ...replaced. Time was of the essence, because the client needed further surgery and needed to be transferred to a new medical facility. Ms. Jorge was first of all, compassionate, responding to the circumstance of the client with extreme interest and empathy. She immediately rattled off a series of procedures to follow, to expedite the immigration process so that the client could receive the medical benefits that he was due, after working for 45 years in the United States. On the morning of the official immigration meeting, Ms. Jorge was extremely prepared and through her counsel and expertise, we were able to obtain the crucial documentation to ensure the client would receive his benefits. I cannot stress how impressed my family was with her superior knowledge, availability and promptness - she would respond to emails, text messages and phone calls beyond regular business hours. Everything turned out well, thanks to the compassion Ms. Jorge demonstrated in my family's time of need. Ms. Jorge was reassuring in that I could tell that she was very knowledgeable about immigration law. I would recommend Ms. Loide Jorge to anyone. She is a "fierce fighter" for the rights of others!!
