Overall Ms. Jorge was a pertinent point in this case. we hit a few snags at first towards the beginning with miscommunication and getting things together on time/properly which was making the process a bit more arduous for both parties. As the case progressed, it seemed as if all options and avenues... were exhausted and we were really just playing a patient waiting game hoping that things would go in our favor.
