Background: I consulted Loide and applied for naturalization but my application was denied. After that I contacted Loide again and she prepared hearing appeal. My case I would say was special. There is national act on which Loide referred to. She helped me in every step of my case. Finally USCIS appr...oved my naturalization application without scheduling a hearing. Writing appeal was sufficient. So, if you are looking for a great immigration lawyer - please, look no further! Loide is truly amazing. I filed for my permanent residency card through Attorney Loide Rosa Jorge about 4 years ago. During the interview I was told by the officer that I have been deported since May 2000, that was news to me, because I had never been deported since arriving here in 1997. About 2 years after the interviewed... I had not heard from them. I then decided to schedule an info pass and let my attorney Loide Rosa Jorge attend. After the appointment I received a very long letter asking me to answer each of questions and submit proof of evidence in 30 days. It was a very complicated process searching for all that information in such a short period of time. Attorney Loide Jorge, who is very smart, and in cases like mine, carefully examined and detailed every question, since 1997 to 2000. She gathered ever document needed for evidence from 1997 to 2000 to show prove that I in fact was not the one that was deported. She sent the documents and my green card for 10 years came in about 2 months!
