We were in need of an asset protection attorney and the firm of Rice, Pugatch, Robinson and Schiller was recommended to us by our litigation attorney. We fully intended to engage with Chad Pugatch, but ended up with Lisa Schiller through some communication glitches. We decided to go forward, but I ...was immediately underwhelmed by her intelligence and seeming breadth of legal knowledge. In our first court appearance she was completely unprepared and got caught off guard. We lost what should have been a very simple procedural issue which started a snowball costing us high 6 figures. We immediately fired her and asked her partner to represent us going forward. He talked us out of that and we retained another attorney.
