My experience includes family and employment-based immigration, consular processing, naturalization, worksite compliance and nonimmigrant employment-based visas for clients in the healthcare, academic institution, manufacturing, hospitality, agriculture, and entertainment industries. I also have over five years of experience with complex corporate transactional matters for domestic and international Fortune 500 clients. I have served as Chair of the American Immigration Lawyers Association's (AILA) liaison committee to the Texas Service Center of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, and as AILA's Liaison to the Department of Homeland Security field office in El Paso, Texas, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
