Heartless and Unprofessional

If you want someone to actually care about you - I would advise against this law firm. I called a total of eight times over eight days- each time the office staff would assure me Linda Lillevik would return my call. (This was a CPS issue so was very time-sensitive) On the eighth day, I was told by an...other lawyer by email (Linda Lillevik never had the decency to answer any of my calls) they couldn't help me and declined to give a referral. Oh, and to make matters worse- they had all my information on day one and then told me I had to get an attorney in AZ. I suggest any other attorney on the planet. A young mother suffered through an entire week while they strung us along. I don't think there's an excuse - even if you're busy - take the two minutes to make a phone call.

Landmark Parental Alienation Case-King County Family Court

Ms. Lillevik led the legal effort in "one of the most complex Parental Alienation/Child Custody/Modification cases" all involved experts had ever seen in King County. A landmark decision. This case had all the key elements of the most severe parental alienation cases. 5 CPS investigations, criminal ...charges, child abuse and chemical dependency allegations, to name just a few. These unlimited allegations, by the "mother" spanned the course of almost 6 years. Linda aggressively defended the accused father methodically, calmly and with the "end goal" always in mind. She never lowered her ethical standards, even when the opposing counsel repeatedly did throughout the entire case. Judge Ronald Kessler made multiple findings against the "mother" including the landmark decision of the severe parental alienation and abusive use of conflict. Custody was retained by the father, in the modification ("mother" wanted next to complete removal from the child's life) attempt by the alienating "mother." All charges dismissed, CPS investigations "unfounded."

Excellent Attorney Highly Recommended

Six years ago today, was the worst day of our family's life. We received a devastating phone call that sent us into sheer panic. We were confused and overwrought with emotion. Thank God we found Linda Lillevik. Linda is extremely well-versed in her field. She represented our family diligently. She p...ut effort into our case knowing the outcome would be life changing. She was always straight forward and honest. She listened, fought with integrity and won our case. Without her representation, we firmly believe the outcome would have been much different. Because of her, we have been able to live these last six years of our lives as a happy family. Ms. Lillevik has more than earned the highest possible recommendation from us as well as our gratitude.

Exceptional Lawyer

Ms. Lillevik wrote and filed an amici curiae brief for a non-profit public organization that I serve as a volunteer. As a lawyer and psychologist, I am quite cognizant of high quality legal work. Ms. Lillevik is among the top one percent of the lawyers with whom I have work with throughout my more th...an 30 years of practice. Her knowledge, editorial skills, and organizational abilities are exceptional. I give her my strongest recommendation.

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"I strongly endorse Linda Lillevik. I have had several criminal cases where Linda was involved in family court or in dependency proceedings for the 'non-offending' partner. Each time she was superb. She has a vision for such cases that minimizes financial and emotional expense for her clients. Judges and opposing counsel have great respect for her experience and expertise, as do I. Whenever I have a question about CPS protocols or child visitation, I call Linda. She always puts her Clients first, and gets great results."

Almost a Seattle legend for kids and families, particularly coping with foster care placements, allegations of abuse or neglect, domestic violence and other tough issues."

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"I endorse this lawyer. Linda Lillevik is one of the most highly respected, creative and successful attorneys in Washington when it comes to litigating matters related to children. Her experience in child abuse, dependency, and school law, among others, is exemplary. I have worked with her on several cases, and observed her advocacy on many others, and I strongly endorse Linda if you have needs in this area."

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"I endorse this lawyer's work. Linda is one of the hardest working lawyers in dependency law. She has supervised a unit of lawyer in this area: I was one of those lawyers. I know that there is no issue that initimidates her, even issues of first impression. Since we have both been out on our own: I have practiced both against her and on the same parental-team side as her. She is an extremely conscientious family law practitioner; and I've never met a lawyer who CARED more about her clients than Linda. I refer all my over-flow to her."
