Linda Lee Appeal Review
In 2012 I attempted to represent myself on a case without counsel and was totally taken advantage of by the system. Everything from the charges I was convicted of at the time as well as the sentence in which I received were egregious. I contacted Linda about a week or so into my sentence in hope...
Wow, this is so moving!! Thank you so much! This was so incredibly kind of you to say!! I'm so happy everything worked out for you!!!
"I tried cases against Linda when she was a prosecutor, and was always impressed with her courtroom presence and attention to detail. Now that she is a defense attorney, we have discussed issues related to defending our clients, and I must say I am equally impressed with the passion and work ethic she puts forth toward every client. She will fight for you and should be considered when seeking representation."

Suspension Partially Stayed Placed on Probation issued in CO, 2013
updated on 03/28/2017Suspension partially stayed means the attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. When the attorney returns to practice he or she will be on probation, meaning the State monitors the attorney's activities for a period of time in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior
“I won the case. I fought for my client because I knew he was innocent and, even though I was ultimately disciplined for my trial strategy, the client was found not guilty by the judge. The client was not entitled to a jury trial. The client was not entitled to a jury trial so I tried a unique approach to challenge idenitifcation and ulimately I wasn't allowed to put someone who was not my client at defense counsel's table and have my client in the courtroom. My mistake, my client's freedom.”
